Our Story
It all started with a simple cup of coffee, and somehow it evolved into a full-blown domestic ecosystem. Since that first date, we’ve built a life filled with the things we love most: Sarah tending to her garden, David dedicated to his writing practice, and a home overflowing with books, music, and retro video games.
When we aren’t out for long walks, we’re busy serving our four demanding roommates. First, there is Marley, our Shih Tzu who lives by a grueling schedule of "walk, nap, repeat" (with several union-mandated snack breaks in between). He is joined by Eleanor, a Victorian Duchess who is deeply confused as to why she was reborn as a quadruped, and Teyla, the rambunctious kitten currently in charge of daily chaos. Finally, there’s Donnie, the Russian Tortoise. Donnie has a very demanding, high-profile career as a classroom pet.
Whether we’re digging in the dirt, hitting a word count goal, or trying to stay on Marley’s strict walking rotation, we’ve discovered that life is just better together. We are so excited to step away from the garden and the desk for a few hours to celebrate the start of our next chapter with all of you!
